ABOUT US
Gulačová Šereš architekti is an architectural studio with a wide portfolio of realizations and designs. In its work, it is dedicated to architecture at various scales - from urban complexes, through residential and civic buildings to interiors. An important and naturally interconnected part of the projects is landscape architecture, which shapes the relationship between the building and its surroundings. The basis of the studio's work is a well-thought-out, functional space with an emphasis on context and a clearly defined concept.
Lenka Gulačová is a Slovak architect with a focus on building architecture and landscape architecture. For this reason, the studio's presentation is mainly guided by the spirit of landscape-architectural thinking and work with public space.
For selected projects, the studio has been collaborating for a long time with Romana Černochová, a landscape architect working in the Czech Republic, focusing on urban development projects and spatial planning.

Do you ever think about the surroundings of buildings? The space you walk through every day, even if you don't enter the buildings themselves? You walk on sidewalks, sit on benches, drink coffee on outdoor terraces, or just observe the uniqueness of the facades of the surrounding houses from the square or the adjacent park. Have you ever wondered how these spaces, which accompany us every day and evoke different feelings in us, actually come into being?
